Dan McClintock

Dan McClintock is a a professor of sport and entertainment management at Grand Canyon University. Prior to launching his career in academia, McClintock had a lengthy career playing professional basketball around the world. His pro career began when he was drafted into the NBA by the Denver Nugget, then spent well over a decade playing throughout Europe – in Italy, Ukraine, Monaco, Latvia, Germany, and France – and also in Asia. Dan made the transition from the pros into basketball operations for several years before he decided to return home to Arizona to settle down. There, Dan found a new calling in academia as an adjunct instructor and found himself enjoying it so much that he accepted a full-time position as an instructor in the Sports Management and Entertainment department at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.
