Professor Charles Campisi
Professor Charles Campisi has extensive experience working in a variety of capacities in the sport business industry. He spent time working with the Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cleveland Indians, the Minnesota Twins, and the University of Miami Hurricanes. Dr. Campisi also worked for the University of Miami Athletic Department and the IMG Academies before earning his doctorate in sport management from the University of Minnesota. Professor Campisi studied his Bachelor of Science in marketing from Syracuse University before earning his Master of Science in sport management from the University of Miami (Fla.) His research and published work includes topics like student perspectives on experiential learning projects, baseball culture in the D.R., and academic corruption. Dr. Campisi has taught courses related to sport business and management at the University of Minnesota, Lock Haven University, and Baldwin Wallace University, where he is Chair of the marketing and sport management departments.
