Professor Michelle Harrolle
Michelle Harrolle,PhD is the Director of the Vinik Sport & Entertainment Management Program at the University of South Florida. She teaches courses related to Esports, marketing, sales and fundraising in the Sport and Entertainment industries. For over five years, Dr. Harrolle has been dedicated to 100% student residency/fellowship placement for USF students. She collaborated to published a book about the business of Esports, and her work has been published in a number of journals including the Journal of Sport Management. Harrolle earned her bachelor's, master's and PhD degrees from the University of Florida, where she was an All-American Honorable Mention collegiate swimmer. After earning her master's degree, she spent time as aquatics director at Providence College. She was also the swimming coach at Providence College, Florida State University and The Ohio State University. Harrolle was one of three head female collegiate coaches of both men’s and women’s D1 athletics.
