Dr. Sean Dahlin

Dr. Sean Dahlin is an assistant professor at Central Washington University in the Department of Sport and Movement Studies. He is the director of the undergraduate Sport Management program, and also teaches courses for CWU's Sport & Athletic Administration graduate program. Professor Dahlin also serves as director for the Northwest Center for Sport, which is housed on campus at CWU. He earned his Ph.D from Ohio State University in Sport Management, and has over ten years of experience in coaching and athletic administration at the high school and collegiate level. Dr. Dahlin's research centers on organizational culture, leadership styles, and coaching effectiveness, particularly in collegiate athletics.
