Dr. Natalie L. Smith

Dr. Natalie L. Smith is an Assistant Professor of Sport & Recreation Management at East Tennessee State University. She is the esports academic program coordinator, and teaches classes in esports, strategic management, research, and organizational behavior. Her research focuses on innovation and creativity in sport. She has 8 years of experience in the sport industry across many different sectors. Her PhD is from the University of Illinois, Master’s from the FIFA Master Program, and Bachelor’s from Pomona College.
