Professor Emily Must

Dr. Emily Must is a Senior Lecturer in the Sport Management Department at UMass-Amherst, where she is also the Director of Internships. She earned her Master's Degree in Sport Management from Barry University before heading to Northern Colorado University, where she completed her PhD in Sports Administration. Prior to her career in academia, she had a successful career in event management, which included time working for the NFL and producing a variety of events. In the end, Dr. Must followed her love of working with students and campus life back into sport management. She earned her PhD and is now a key part of the legendary Sport Management program housed in the Isenberg School of Business of UMass-Amherst. Professor Must co-created an online investing and personal finance course aimed at helping students be better prepared for the future.
