Professor Darin White is the founding Coordinator of the Sports Marketing Program and the Executive Director of the Center for Sports Analytics at Samford University. Professor White holds a PhD in Marketing Strategy from the University of Alabama, and he has extensive experience working with some of the most significant sports organizations and companies in the world. As the Executive DIrector of the Center for Sports Analytics, Professor White oversees the only such Center housed inside a university, making Samford a true leader in sports analytics. As such, White is a well-respected resource throughout the field. He has been quoted by the Wall Street Journal, Sports Illustrated, The Washington Post, and Forbes, and he has served on numerous boards. He has authored more than 60 articles and conferences presenations. White also coached collegiate soccer for twelve years and was named Coach of the Year by Adidas and National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NAIA south region).
